• Intranet System: LC Platinum can distribute information and documents to their sales team members directly from webOS, the same content management system they use to update their website. This system includes a document sign-off system, creating extra accountability and letting the brokerage know their agents are keeping up with the latest information.
• Leads Management System: Each lead that comes in through the LC Platinum website is added to their leads list in webOS. From there, they can add notes and further information, mark leads as contacted, export the leads list and refer to past leads with historical lookup.
• Automated Property Listings: New listings are automatically added to the website each day, ensuring that they always have the latest properties for sale.
• Integrated Site Search: Users can search for properties by address, price range, features or any other terms and get instant results.
