It allows a contractor to quickly create online project RFQ's, which are immediately accessible to thousands of registered trades nation wide. The contractor can manage and modify tender addenda, files, contacts and get instant access to trades who are interested in the project. Trades get up-to-date information on projects, email regarding new projects they qualify for and can access project files as well as downloadable RFQ's.

• Projects created, automatically generate a project PDF for trades to download and fax back to tender
• Upload project specific files for those involved to download. Users can download individual files, or select specific ones to download all at once (packed and compressed for them automatically in zip format)
