The Windsor Symphony Orchestra required a new ticketing solution; one which would give them full control over their own ticketing for both shows and series. We developed a completely new solution to ticketing for them, which integrates into our Content Management System, giving them infinite possibilities for future expansion.

This solution features the ability to create venues (as templates to save time in the future), which are can be completely modified on a per series / show basis. They can then create series, containing various shows, or individual shows - and are given a wide range of settings for each, including exact dates and times (backed by a buffer period) for when ticketing will be available to the public. They can create rates for each series / show, or combination and when the event ticketing date starts - all of the information instantly becomes available on their micro site.

Visitors can browse through the series and shows in various ways, create user accounts, contact staff and get other information regarding future trips to the symphony. When they've decided on a particular event, they can reserve tickets, purchase them and get instant ticketing information - improving their purchasing experience was a top priority.

The entire checkout is AJAX driven, meaning users never leave the site and the page never even so much as refreshes. They can create a new account - all the way to - getting their transaction confirmation information, in a fast, new and exciting way. Their entire process can be tracked and viewed from within the CMS, and graphical seating views can be opened to show you the current state (updated automatically as it changes), given WSO staff fast access to various details.

The system also allows them to manually add tickets which have been purchased over the phone, and track their purchase details from directly within the CMS. When it comes time to print tickets, simple one touch buttons will output the ticketing information in CSV format or into table format for direct printing from the CMS. The system saves time and money!

As with all of our sites, features can be added without affecting the current system - and it can be scaled to whatever size is desired. All micro site information is instantly submitted to search engines to increase site traffic and other proprietary techniques are used.
